Ordered a Gyro and got a sub bun with just roast beef. In addition they forgot my curly fries! They got the kids meal right. But still for $15 order that we waited 10 minutes for this is unacceptable. Please improve

Employee that took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich without the bread and he was so understanding. He even went in the back to make sure it was done right because they were a bit confused by the order.

Every time I have gone here there has been some kind of issue! Tried to give one more chance and epic failure! Staff apologized for how long stuff was taking stating only 2 employees there. I can overlook that, not their fault. However, get home to eat and I am missing half my order. Tried to call and the number on their receipt and listed on Google is their fax number. Shocker, couldn’t speak to anyone! Go back to the drive thru, because their lobby still remains closed, unless you’re friends of the employees, and pulled up the speaker at 7:47. A recording came on saying they were closed! Online says 10pm. I get they need to shut down prior to close time, but then their phone should be working! I have no way to contact them besides sitting in the drive thru at another time for who knows how long! This place is HORRIBLE!

I got all my food today 8/29/23 and i got cold fries and my buffalo sandwhich was so gross i couldnt eat it to the point they put so much sauce on it that it made my bottom bun soggy and made the chicken soggy it was like eating mush my first bite then when i called to tell them all i get is a fax tone after a few rings ive tried calling the number 6 times in the last 20 mins and i spent about 35 dollars on my food im very unsatisfied and might have to rethink my choices of where i eat at….

Will someone please teach the employees making sandwiches the meat needs to be fluffed. Drinks were great. It would however be appreciated if you don’t hand bags with wet bottoms out. They tend to fall apart with 2 half pound sandwiches. Also outside thilty clean the place up. This store is constantly bad thus my only visit in 8 month’s. Come on Arby’s get your act together

Well sandwich was ok but fry’s are always so old I’m just done ordering them . They don’t know there menu . You have to tell them when happy hour is so they don’t overcharge you . Restaurant has been like this for years . Would b nice if someone would change it. Maybe my review will change.

I ordered my wife her usual beef and cheddar without cheddar sauce because they claimed they don’t have the classic just beef, so upon driving it to her work, she opened it and low and behold, it has a pile of cheddar sauce that she can’t stand, so I tried calling, but it continued going to a fax machine over and over again, so after trying to find a site for comments that isn’t available, I’m leaving this review, so good luck getting your order correct cause this is the third time having order issues!! I will be checking every single time before I leave the location!!
