A wonderful little spot that you might drive right by, in an otherwise ordinary-looking strip mall. New Lenox has been, for decades since its founding, the “Home of Proud Americans“, and this place oozes patriotic charm. From the monthly free veterans breakfasts to beautifully woodworked American flag artwork for sale on the walls, it instantly feels like home.

You will not find a better place for breakfast. This place is amazing. I lived out of state for 8 years and every time I stopped home for a visit this is the first place I went. Great staff, great service, great food!

Very cute, staff was nice. Best part of the meal was the toast and vanilla hot chocolate. The rest of the food was just okay. I think a lot of product was used. Nothing was fresh. We were seated quickly, ordered quickly, food came quickly, check came quickly. All and all very rushed. Not a bad experience but we would not go back.

So I made the mistake of accidentally forgetting to take the pictures FIRST-we were so hungry and the food was really good! The only complaint was our waitress was kind of MIA and the crunchy French toast wasn’t all that crunchy. Great place! Super cute. Wasn’t a long wait to sit down at all.
