Great place to eat a decent Japanese-Chinese meal. They have a good decor and the music playing is instrumental pop. The food is your typical cuisine, they do have a lot of options, around 90 or so and that’s not counting the Sushi. Recently they have had issues with keeping wait staff, so it can get slow at times. The wait staff is good at what they do, they just need more. They have a good size party room as well.

Great food!!! Owner and his wife are very nice and customer attentive. I was very pleased with our dine in service the food was prompt and hot. Our order was a tad difficult but was prepared and cooked perfectly as ordered. It hard to fine good food and service especially for a family with two toddlers we really appreciate them.

Waitress named Katy was TERRIBLE. We were the only customers in the place & she took forever to wait on us. Our water was never asked for refills, we asked for ” to go” boxes & she saw what we had left & brought the little boxes, then we had to get more boxes. We also ordered a meal to go & waited 15 more minutes for that. She must have forgotten to put in the order so it would be ready when we were. Another waitress was very helpful when Katy wasn’t around. The food was FANTASTIC, so we’ll go back, hopefully get another waitress. If Katy, we’ll request another.

We ordered take out, when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready or misplaced, even with a 1 hour notice and they tried to charge me again, I explained we paid with a CC over the phone, and it took her about 15 min checking 3 differant machines to find the ticket. The food is great, but the svs is slow. Maybe too many machines to check to find your ticket?? The atmosphere is old and outdated, and the dining area smells like old food smoke.

I ordered take-out using the Beyond Menu app. Staff at the restaurant was very nice. I have ordered from Dragon Cafe before and I think this might have been an off night for them. The chicken Lo Mein was just OK and the hot & sour soup tasted off – like something was missing. On the other hand the pan fried dumplings were quite tasty and easily the largest dumplings I’ve ever had in Omaha.

Genital chicken is phenomenal and great portion size more than enough rice fills you up and you have enough to take home to the kid or for yourself Sushi is great as well I suggest that spicy eel tempura the dill sauces almost to die for and it got a great bar too

Ordered chicken broccoli and there was no taste to it. Aslo ordered kung Pao chicken and it was all veggies and barely any flavor.. ordered the walnut shrimp and there was about 6 shrimp in the order for 16 dollars both of the meals were very plain. Don’t think I’d be coming back not the mention the 4% upcharge for paying with card…

Awful customer service. I called in a takeout order. After ordering my food, the gentleman who answered the phone said okay see you in 25 minutes. I had to ask him what came with the combo meal before he hung up.. He had not asked ask me what kind of soup I wanted. I had to ask him if I had a choice. When I went to pick up the order, the woman who took my payment did not even look at me. She didn’t say hello or goodbye. I told her it was my first time coming to the restaurant. She didn’t even acknowledge that. They were not busy at all. The food was okay but not great. The eggroll was tasty, but very greasy. I like the egg drop soup and the crab rangoon. The pork dumplings were very good, but they didn’t even give me half a container full of sauce. The mushu pork was so so and they only gave me two pancakes. I won’t be back for quite a while. They didn’t seem to want my business.
