Convenient in the mall(Woodland Hills). Fair price and good food. The server was pleasant and allowed me to taste a bite of chicken curry, the meat was very tender, nice flavor too. I had the chicken curry and my partner had spicy beef. That too was very tender.

Gave this place a try, the spicy beef was good and the bourbon chicken was great. Tried the chow mein, not bad, next time I’ll try rice. Lady was very polite and gave out large portions. Grab extra napkins, you’ll need them

Ruby Thai is a decent asian takeout restaurant in Woodland hills mall. Recently they increased their prices but otherwise they have some decent food. They have some variety spicy entrees…2 combo costs 10.99 where it was 8.99 few months back. Flavor is just ok. The pic attached is 2 combo having curry noodles with jalapeno chicken and mango chicken

I LOVE this thai place. Great food excellent customer service EXCEPT for the African person that’s working the cash register. She was so rude and I would recommend she either change her heart or be fired. I can’t express enough how rude she was and all I did was say thank you with a smile and didn’t leave a tip. Idk why u would tip.. but she was rude.

I was so excited to see that this place survived the Pandemic! It was the first place I ate out at in over a year and has been the only place I have felt comfortable enough to grab food from and go eat it in a less public setting. My favorite food place at Woodland Hills Mall to eat at. Everytime I come they have fresh food, they are very sweet and kind. They have really excellent customer service. A few times they have ran out of meat but they communicate how long it will take for more. Never had to wait a long time for food at all. When the mall is fast they are fast in service. If you have an issue I seen them with other customer’s try to fix it in a professional matter.

I used to eat here once a week until I noticed that one of thier employees stands on the service line looking looking at thier phone constantly.Then they grab a box and try to make your food without washing thier hands. I asked them to stop this behavior but I still see them doing it every time I pass by. And thats what i do pass by. I wonder if the owner knows this person is costing them 12 to 15 bucks a week .
