Went thru drive thru. Pot pie had only 2 small pieces of shredded chicken and potatoes & carrots mushy. Famous bowl had 5 very small pcs of chicken and not many more kernels of corn. Very disappointing

I ordered a Chicken sandwich, fries, and a soda. It took the workers here like 5 minutes to even give us our cups. Then they took like 8-10 minutes just to give me my food. It shouldn’t take that long. People who came after me got their food before me.

Wanted a quick meal, but tired of the usual burger & fry options. Line wasnt long, meal was produced quickly, and we enjoyed our choices. Maybe a little pricier than a lot of fast-food places. But like their menu options. I havent been inside for several years, but drive-thru has never been a problem.

Ordered in drive through was very specific on what ordered the order taker interrupted me 4 times waited at least 12 minutes in line get up to window was told no original chicken they have been busy I asked why they didn’t put more in was told we can’t do that ma’am! I checked my order before I drove off and got mashed potatoes I never order mashed I always get fries I told the order taker she said NO you ordered mashed potatoes and proceeded to tell me I clearly ordered mashed potatoes and next time I better be more clear ARE U KIDDING ME while she was telling me what I clearly wanted she said have a nice day like that was the end of the conversation! If this was my employee it would have been her last day! Clearly someone needs to learn customer service and it is the owners who need to teach this dying art of common sense!
