Thank you Mod Pizza for making it right! After a mix up with my order a couple of weeks ago, I spoke with the manager Victor and he helped me with the issue and I ordered another Pizza today free of charge. Best online ordering experience! I usually dread ordering online; you have to sign in, sign up or create an account, download an app, scroll through a third party menu solve pi and then enter all your payment information. At which point I usually give up and go hungry aka intermittent fasting.

I’m a really picky eater so MOD was a dream for me when I walked in and saw the toppings bar. The employee who explained everything to me was very friendly and helpful. It probably helped a little that my pizza was probably the easiest pizza he ever made white sauce, mozz, parm, and asiago w pineapples on top – try it if you want. Thank you for the delicious dinner!

Ordering online via Google is a breeze. Employees are always friendly and quick. Bathroom is maintained and clean. It’s my kids favorite pizza shop bc they can get their own pie, so we come here often

Food was pretty good. Not sure if the time or day had anything to do with it but the employees seemed kinda low-energy. It was really quiet and awkward. The atmosphere was a bit odd. Beer wasn’t cold. Will probably go back but will get takeout instead of dinning in.

So I ordered a featured mushroom salad. 3 employees couldn’t figure out how to make sautéed mushrooms. Still charged me full price without considering I didn’t get what I really was paying for. No offer for a free drink, dessert nor discount. Customer service out the window. Yeah, I did ask and my question was laughed off. Gee thanks.
