I love how they are supposed to be open and they tell you in the drive thru that they are closed for maintenance but yet all the staff is eating in the corner of the store in the dining room. it sounded as if they do this all the time.

Come here often but today was enough to make me complain. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my meal. I was only given half my order and knew it since they passed me the bag it was visibly noticeable. I parked and went inside once I checked the bag and confirmed the mess. Not only was I missing half my entire order but the inside of my bag and other wrapped food items were covered in nacho cheese sauce because they didn’t close the container correctly, and 5 loose chips at the bottom of the bag. When I went inside I asked for my receipt so I can show them what i was missing from my order. Apparently their printer was broken yet they still had some tickets printed out on the counter next to it. Which is absolutely ridiculous. She then checked my order on the screen and I confirmed I was missing half of the items I had ordered and told me she would get them for me right away. 5 minutes went by and another employee came to ask me what I was missing from my order, I told him. Another five minutes and another employee comes asking me for the third time what I was missing from my order. Ridiculous service and lack of communication between workers. I was waiting for my meal when just another employee came to ask me what I was missing and I was ready to ask for my money back on my whole order. An employee for the next shift came in and was clocking in on the register as I hear her telling her co-worker about how the rain today was making her stressed and inconvenience at her home and that “No one better try me at work today cause i’m not having it” Is the worst kind of attitude to come to work with as I am having an issue with my order. When I came to this taco bell to order my meal it was not busy inside the dining area NOR the drive-thru so this is just lack of effort on behalf of the employees to check if all the items on people’s orders have been given.

I came here at 12 am and usually dred going to a fast food place at that time because people are rude and the food sucks BUT Tasha J. made me completely change my opinion on this as she was so sweet, kind, and had an amazing attitude the entire time. Not only that but she cooked the food perfectly. I will go out of my way to come here again just for her service.

The employees at this location are like zombies going through the motions. More often than not the cinnamon twists taste like chemicals because they’re using dirty oil that should have been changed. They almost never cook chalupa shells anymore, so they’re pale and chewy instead of somewhat toasted and crunchy. During my last drive thru trip they started spraying cleaner next to the drink machine while my drink was still pouring. It’s a shame because this location used to be the best in the area for many, many years. Their hiring standards have lowered so much that management couldn’t care less if they’re not representing the brand well anymore. Does nobody remember how consistently good the food used to be not too long ago? Amazing how it’s twice as expensive now and the employees are making way more, yet the quality and service are at an all time low. Speak up or it will never get better.

Ordered late af on a Friday night and wow…very impressed by my order. Usually I can’t be bothered to leave reviews but this time I had to. Every and I mean EVERY TACO we received was literally like menu picture perfect if not better. You don’t expect much ordering from fast food joints, especially a Taco Bell at 2:25am on a Friday. But man, y’all did such a good job. Idk if I got you on a good night or y’all just got so mad you did a good job out of anger, but either way I’ve never been this happy for a Taco Bell order in my LIFE. Great job guys 5/5!

Nothing was good about this Taco Bell! Employees seemed bothered by customers, wait time was way to long, and the food was Luke warm at best! Not to mention they forgot to put chips in the bag. Good thing we pulled into the parking lot to check food because they forgot our drink too ♂️. Won’t be going back.

This is the 3rd time that I’ve ordered food from this place with no lettuce or sour cream, they put it on the receipt and then still put the extra stuff on my food. It’s literally less work to put less things on my food and they always mess it up. As you can see in my picture they even put it in right, i just don’t understand.

My nephew loves Taco bell and talked me into stopping here to pick up some tacos. The restaurant and the restroom was incredibly clean. Impressive for a fast food joint. The sauce station was clean and well stocked. This location also features the dozen taco specials which a lot of other Taco Bell’s do not have.
