Ok where do we start….well the owners of this place and her have no respect or empathy for their customers they act like they are on cloud nine and better than everyone else on top of that they sell you an $8 bowl of microwaveable bowl of ramen noodles as if it was authentic and then act like you said or did something wrong when you ask what that was and do not have any and have no respect four fathers that are trying to parent their sons that may have had an accident so my review on this place is a big no I would not take my business here

Me and my mom have been going to this spot since it was a little kitchen in the middle of the food court at the Salem center mall. Sushi pieces are a very nice size and are absolutely delicious! The family is always so nice and polite!

We have been coming here since it has opened about 7 years ago. The staff members are very friendly, and the bubble tea is delicious! It is a very good place to treat yourself to a quick sushi and bubble tea run while out shopping.

I’ve been going to this place for years, it has really really good bubble tea for a reasonably low price ($3.50 for a med, $4.50 for a large). The sushi is pretty good, not as good as a full on sushi restaurant, but I still enjoy it and it’s a little bit spendy unless you get one of the deals.

I witnessed the lady working here be extremely rude to the customer in front of me… there was no attempt at customer service whatsoever. He had said the sushi was warm and she immediately told him off then tried to explain to me that he had tried something new and that’s not her fault he didn’t like it. If it wasn’t warm she was sure defensive… I didn’t have sushi here (thankfully.)I had a blended milk tea that was decent. Nothing special or worth going out of my way for. Knowing the customers aren’t respected as human beings, I will not be back.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s still my favorite place for sushi. All the staff is super friendly. The sushi is never skimpy and it’s so affordable, if I lived closer I’d be here everyday!
