Lettuce-wrapped Ortega Chile bacon cheese burger for me, BLT for my Mom. Both were fantastic. Plenty of bacon on hers. Mine had lots of lettuce, not just a few leaves. Cup of ice cream was huge. Big servings all around. Whole menu looks good. She’s 74, said she felt like she was back in high school . Definitely going back!

Affordable and delicious, this burger place has, and always will be, a favorite go to of mine. They offer a wide variety of items such as sandwiches, chicken baskets, burgers, and even banana sundae splits, with splendid sides to accommodate the main meals. I highly recommend this spot! There isn’t a whole of space within the actual location to do dine in, but that’s not really important and doesn’t make or break this review. Take-out is optimal for this place.

The last pastrami I got was pretty blah so I wanted to try another. Rainbow did not disappoint. If this is #2, I’m gonna have go find and try #1. There is no drive thru, its all walk in. Bonnie was quick and friendly. The pastrami was good and I’m happy I got the yellow peppers. The fries were standard crinkle fries and had seasoned salt. Overall good meal.

A little bit pricey, ~$18 for a burger combo and an order of chili cheese fries from a hole in the wall joint with limited seating, but I understand why given the hike in minimum wage demands. Hopefully the staff are getting benefits to align with the prices.
