Walked across from Kahuku High School and couldn’t decide between two items so asked the woman working if I could order the yellow curry and replace the rice with pad Thai noodles. Was told No, we don’t do that! I asked even if I paid a little more? And was told No, you have to buy separate! So if you want a couple of flavors, you have to order a couple of dishes and hopefully you can share with someone because the portions were good sized, especially the noodles. If people are eating under the tent, try looking at what their eating to have an idea of the size.

Legit Thai food! The spice is all there and flavors! They were super friendly and by far the best Thai food I had in Hawaii! If your heading to turtle bay, it’s a must stop to try them out! And you can’t miss it either, it a farmers market or flea market or food truck type vibe so you’ll see it while driving.

Amazing Thai food. Everything was delicious. Excellent service. Seating outside our take on the go! Their name is misleading though. Google says Thong’s Thai but the name on their wagon is Fasay Thai Wagon!

You get a lot of hot food, but I found my dish to be more greasy than I’d expect for a Thai place (allowing that Thai food isn’t necessarily known to be light on the cooking oil in general). It is a nice and peaceful stop, and the owners are friendly. All in all, it’s pretty good for a Thai food truck, but I wasn’t wowed by any means. It should be noted that they, and most of the other food trucks are cash-only.
