They are the worst, I will never eat here again. They never delivered my order and then told me it was nothing they can do. It’s better to cook then to deal with them EVER!! Keep your money and give it to a better pizza place. The food isn’t even good for the high prices.

I placed a carry out order. 2 medium pizzas. One with chicken tomato’s and spinach. There was no chicken on the pizza when I arrived home (15 miles away.) I called the store to tell them of their mistake. The manager on duty who refused to give a name said that I would have to bring the pizza back to the store, untouched, pictures would have to be made, a report filled out, and pizza would if it met his criteria of wrong, be remade. By this time I was already at my night shift job. I’ve worked at dominos before for years. I told him that’s not the policy dominos has ever had in place while I worked there. The pizza would be remade or a voucher would be given out. He told me I was wrong and then hung up on me. I called back to try and get his name for corporate who I will be calling soon, and was told we won’t give out names, not even a first name. Again, this is not the policy. I do know the person who made my pizzas name was spencer the appropriate action would have been to ask spencer if he did indeed miss the chicken on that pizza and fix the customers issue. I will never be back to this dominos. The owner needs to make sure his GM is giving his employees the proper training on company police because he has clearly not. Hanging up on a customer is not a policy for any business it shouldn’t be apart of this one’s.

I work at this Domino’s and I have to say I really enjoy working here as a driver. I try my best to be as friendly as possible to all of the customers and apologize for any orders that take really long. We are currently understaffed so the deliveries tend to take a while. I personally think Domino’s is one of the better franchise pizza places and the night shift employees I work with really bust their butts to make sure the pizzas are as good as they can be. I only real complaint is that our call center really sucks

Cashier spoke rudely and really looked like she hated her job and it showed. The poor manager looked like she was ready to pull her hair out because the employess were very loud and refused to listen to her. The stuffed cheesy bread barley had cheese on top. About 4 of the pieces had next to no cheese. Pizza was ok. I believe I’m done ordering from either Domino’s in tupelo for a while. The past 3 times I’ve gotten it has been mediocre.

Don’t bother ordering from this location unless you pick it up yourself. They can’t seem to get a pizza delivered to us 5 miles from their store in less than 90 minutes after it goes into “quality check”.

We eat here frequently since they are so close to our house. Food is always fast and hot. Manager and staff are friendly and helpful on the rare occasion we have an issue. There are better local pie places for the pizza itself but not a better local chain pizza joint. Thanks to the Dominos team for 10 years of quality food and service.
