Korean chinese restaurant that was very authentic. Tried the ja jang myun (#66) and sam sun jam bong (#70). They were great. Also tried the sweet and sour fried pork- this was the best! The decor of the restaurant was amazing and the staff were very polite. There is plenty of seating available, but can reserve beforehand.

This was my second time visiting this place. Absolutely love the food here and highly recommend if you like authentic Korean/Chinese food. We ordered ja jang myun, sweet rice pork tangsuyuk, and don katsu. Everything was delicious! Gan ja jang myun is also good. Staffs are very kind and polite. Had great dinning experience.

Let me tell you something……. At first we were apprehensive because we are bi-racial and everyone was Korean. I walked in and I was greeted as one of their own! You hear me!!! The food was hitting. I highly recommend. This is my spot now.

It was an okay place overall. The food is a hit or a miss, some of the dishes like the japchae and sweet and sour pork was good, but the black bean noodles were extremely bland and not flavorful. The service was okay, we were left alone for the most part but the ladies were really friendly. The space is a little small and the decor can really use an upgrade. I’d eat the food again, but I’m not sure I would actively decide to come back because nothing about it stuck out to me.

Personally, I did not enjoy my food much. It didn’t have a strong flavor and I had a hard time finding a good way to eat it where I get a nice mix of the ingredients. I took home a lot of leftovers but didn’t eat them. The staff was very kind about packing the food up for us. Although later, one of the containers spilled out into my bag.

The staff is very friendly and everything was clean. I enjoyed the spicy seafood soup/jjampong which was very hearty. My room mates got the half and half and the pork cutlet which they said were great. We shared the chicken wings that were crispy and sweet in all the right places. I’m glad we found this gem in Ellicott city as an alternative to daraewon in silver spring. I can’t wait to try out more of the menu in the future

The ahjunmas we’re hard working and I appreciated but they were understaffed. Ordered the tangsuyuk but it was mostly batter and it felt like they used pork floss for the meat. It was too dry and over fried. I have never experienced tangsuyuk like this before. The omurice was room temp and the sauce combined with the ketchup was over sweet. I probably would not return for the food.
