Ok some of the fish I ordered has a bad smell. I think there using old grease especially at the end of the day..as long as they maintain freshness the fish could be excellent. Everything else was good….

So first time going here, i expected something completely different. But the food actually looked really good, like my grandmother was back there cooking . But looks ARE VERY deceiving. I ordered the turkey wings with mac and cheese and yams, then a order of baked chicken. The turkey wings were SOOOO tough i couldnt even break the skin. Mac and cheese was watery, and the yams were under cooked. Baked chicken was the best thing and the most flavor. But customer service was cool. People was coming in there with an attitude and got an attitude back and they didnt like that. I came in there smiling and talking nice and patient, they gave me that in return. People are just rude and expect them to just rush orders. Oh yeah ITS HOT AS HELL IM THERE

Joan was very disrespectful she even hung up the phone on me after I called to let her know they never sent my peach cobbler which she was the one who said she’ll have them send it out with condiments, utensils and napkins which non of those were in my bag when I received my half of order! I then said I just would like a refund back! She said i have to go through door dash to get a refund was disrespectful and hung up mind you I had my order delivered 3 hours ago smh whoever is cooking there doesn’t know how to cook the food was horrible except for the yams! Y’all need ol soul food cooking ppl in there if you want that good taste back

2 spanish ladies on 6/1/23 around 8pm have the worst customer service! Everytime they are working the food is disgusting and they act like they do not wanna be there! Ontop of speaking in spanish being rude! I Ordered $40 worth of food and the fish was not fried thoroughly or seasoned. Very disappointing because i always buy food from there
