4/11/2023 Lunch drive thru. Guy at drive thru extremely professional and accommodating. There was no one ahead of me in drive thru. And when I got to the window my Wings and Things was followed right behind my change. Order was perfect and as ordered.

Just Me
I requested no ice, but I instead got lots of ice. The employees here are either illiterate or maybe they just don’t care. My guess is that it is probably a little of both. I thought this place was supposed to have great chicken, but the chicken sandwich was lousy, and the french fries were lukewarm at best. Truly disappointing. Had the sandwich been ok I might have been willing to give it a second chance. But, nope. Never again.

I feel obligated to share this experience. I have gone to this Zaxby’s two times and have had very bad experiences both times. I was (and am) a huge fan of the franchise and enjoy their food. However both times I have tried this location I have had my orders grossly incorrect. On my first trip I ordered a large fry and it was missed entirely. As well as no sauces (even though they were requested and normally expected with chicken fingers). Now on a second occasion I arrive and this time I do get my extra order of “large fries” but this is what it looked like. I was told this was indeed a large by the manager, and a “regular” fry was half of this amount. I will let you be the judge if this is a large fry or not….(AA battery for comparison) Take this into consideration when choosing where you want to spend your hard earned money.

The food and employees were both great! Our baby threw my husband’s (empty) cup on the ground, and an employee immediately came and offered him a new cup. It was very thoughtful! Other customers were pleasant too.

I love Zaxby’s fried chicken Cobb salad. Man I don’t know if I love the salad or the idea that they give you a piece of toast with it? If, you’re new to this restaurant try the #1 chicken fingers fries and a drink. Omg the now have this Peach sweet tea!!! They are trying to kill me this tea is so good, I almost said, a bad word. Lol. When I go here I don’t expect my food to be cold at ALLLLL because they are not priced like you other fast food. They are on the $$$ side if you catch my drift. If me and my husband and son eat here it can cost up to $30+ that’s 2 salads drinks aren’t included and a kids meal. But that would be a splurge days and it’s worth it.

Is this what Zaxby’s on Harrison considers quality? We’re looking at about 1/2 tsp mayo. A single slice of mauled tomato. And a small pinch of lettuce. And the fried mushrooms were room temperature at best if I wanna be generous. Come on guys.

Other Zaxby’s have much quicker service. Took 10 mins to get food at this location with only 1 customer inside and 1 in drive thru. They had 9 employees, 3 of which were dancing in the seating area, 1 was texting on their phone behind the counter, 2 were in the kitchen but 1 seemed to be standing there watching the other work. 1 was at drive thru, 1 appeared to be manager, and 1 was cashier for inside. My order was nothing extraordinary. 2 big zax snacks.
