I know they are understaffed, but if it’s going to take a long time when people go through the drive thru it would only make sense to get their order correct. Twice in one day my order was wrong. That is NOT okay when we sat at the window waiting for 10 minutes and didn’t complain. The ladies working there are sweet and they’ll try very hard to accommodate no matter what happens. They have great personality, but someone isn’t getting the orders right. I am happy to wait if they’re going to get my order correct.

Went to Hardee’s to buy Sunday morning biscuits like I do every week to find them not serving. The dining room was closed…AGAIN and no service at the drive thru either. People were sitting in line, motors running, with more cars showing up expecting service. An employee was outside taking a smoke break and told the several cars in line, including me, no service anytime soon. So everyone drove off. This is not unusual. This place is ALWAYS hit or miss. I never have seen a more poorly run business. Hopefully another company will open to put Hardee’s out of their misery and serve the public.

Drive thru was quick, which isn’t usually the norm. Fries were hot and not greasy, and that’s always a big deal breaker if they are. People were nice and friendly, didn’t rush you or look at you like they hated you.

Per usual I was asked to ” pull up” so I could wait for my food which for some reason wasn’t able to be prepared when I ordered it and waited over 10 minute for them to bring me a grilled chicken sandwich and nothing else. I didn’t order fries a drink or anything else, just a sandwich. All I will say is it’s supposed to be fast food not hurry up and wait food. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Foods ok if you get there during the times when they are cooking. Otherwise you may get a cold burger with unmelted cheese- yuck. They don’t always honor all coupons either and most of the servers, not all, but most won’t even smile at you I’m sorry to say.

This hardees, we never have personally had any bad experiences with. They are currently suffering from lack of employees, and so the dining room is closed due to short staff. But its always been a go too eat out for us in Belhaven on the run! Food is always hot, and delicious.
