The hostess greeted us warmly and made sure that our seating was acceptable by the kitchen. Unfortunately, after at least 10 minutes I had to flag someone down to ask to see a server. The service in general was slow but friendly. The coffee seemed extremely watered down and just tasted like coffee flavored hot water. The pablano omelet was good and the pancakes held up to standard. My dad got the strawberry banana French toast which was ok but the strawberries were still half frozen. The fruit that came with the other meal had clearly been refrigerated too long and was just cold and mushy. Hashbrowns were good. All and all I’m not running back there for breakfast anytime soon.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My coffee cup smelled like it was somehow sour, almost like spoiled milk. Our (wrong order)food was cold and oily after a 38 minute wait. The only saving grace was that our server was nice. We will not be back, especially since Denny’s is right up the street .

IHOP in Ewa Beach! Wow. It’s been open for approximately 4 months and although I do not live very far from this area, I didn’t realize they opened up shop here. My server Trice did an amazing job! I picked the chicken breast crepe on a bed of spinach to which she replied, that I would really enjoy it. Of course I had to have a couple of pancakes too. And I was not disappointed in the least!!! I could not believe how delicious it was. Was it a fluke? I’m not sure but I will visit there again very soon and order the same item. Then I’ll know 🙂

Our family loves IHOP, so it’s with a heavy heart that I only gave them 2 stars and that was being generous! However my sever as sweet as she was deserves a all on her own!! Unfortunately, she didn’t have a name tag on and she didn’t give me her name but I think she was just filling in since it was pure chaos at this location, in Ewa Beach. So I’ll just take the name off my receipt….Jostine 205 and Thank her personally for her “service” bc it took an hour from being seated before me and my granddaughter received our food. I’m not exaggerating…when I was advised it would take 20-25 mins to be seated (just me and my 2yr old granddaughter) I said, that’s fine and advised the hostess I was walking across the parking lot to grab a coffee. When I got back 20mins later our name was passed up, which made me look immediately to my phone to ensure I didn’t overlook the wait time given to me by mistake. Np I said to myself, I’ll let the hostess know we’re here and we’ll wait for the next table. She sat us twds the end, close to the kitchen but the closer I got to my seat the more my slippahs started sticking to their floor.. SMH It’s a pancake house, stuff happens let it go…okay. So we sit…an we sit and I watch . Twenty minutes go by and I’ve yet to be addressed. The Manager has already adjusted two other party’s tickets which I’m assuming is due to the lack of customer service. The hostess is trying to do her job and bus tables since there only seems to be one bus boy for 24+ booths not including the large seating area which is not being occupied probably for good reason (there is just not enough staff today). In most cases I would have walked by now but my grand baby wanted pancakes, plus I told myself it’s busy, it’s 11am, it’s a weekend, it’s expected (to an extent) we’ll be patient. Finally the manager probably noticed me sitting, asked if I’ve been helped, my reply is No, which then shortly thereafter Jostine 205 is at my table getting drinks and our order. I could go on and on about how it just didn’t get better to say the least. Watching party and families after me go through the same thing. So mental note to self, do not go to IHOP again in Ewa Beach, on a weekend during brunch hours not unless Jostine 205 is waiting on me and I have 2hours to kill.

New, clean restaurant with friendly staff. Wait times vary. We waited approximately 30 minutes for seating and 20 minutes for our food. Waitress was very attentive. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Probably one of the worst locations on the island. The wait time to be seated was 20 minutes despite half the restaurant being open and clean, and it took another 10 minutes for a server to greet us. Someone had to ask that we be helped. We ordered milkshakes first, but they came out after our food because the ice cream was “too cold”. The food itself was very poorly cooked—the Mac & cheese had obviously been sitting because it was room temp and had crusted all over from being in a heating tray. One order was prepared incorrectly with toppings that we’d specifically asked to be put on the side, and another was not undercooked and cold. Two of the three plates were messy with whipped cream and drops of something else not from our order. The server then asked that we not order anything else and close our ticket because she had somewhere to go. Even then, someone had to find the server to run our card because we’d obviously been waiting.
