Its pointless for them to offer delivery! They only deliver 6 miles. Offered to pay extra just for delivery but they wont and they are not allowed to meet you anywhere. Why even offer delivery??

Poor. I love Papa Johns pizza but within a month period of October 2017 I have had the worse service I have ever had at any pizza place. This last time I was told that they didn’t have pans at the moment. This is when they had the two medium pan pizzas with two toppings for 13.98. So I had to go to Little Caesars. Highly disappointed.

Papa John’s has always been a great place to get pizza. Their menu is diverse and the food is of high quality. Recently the Paintsville KY store was so rude to me, my co-workers and I will not be going there. Good food can be found at many places but being talked down on should never be a part of the experience. It is unfortunate that people can not see past their own little part of the world and understand that other people work hard and are not intentionally trying to inconvenience another person.

This Papa John’s really isn’t too bad. The best one so far that I’ve eaten at outta 4 states and many cities in each with a Papa Johns. Quality of the food is by far the best yet BUT speedy service and FRIENDLY service is needed.

Papa johns is usually good but Slowwwww delivery time, often gets lost… Recently I bought a pizza, and we get the wrong damn pizza!! we had like 2 other toppings and extra garlic on the tab!! gave a four dollar tip!!! and then we tried calling to get it worked out but No one answered, and then we call the next day and they say We can’t do anything for you… Like are you srs why do you have to screw up so much!?! This type of service is completely unacceptable… Imma go to Pizza Hut from now on…
