It was dead in there and I can understand why. The food was terrible. The fries were beyond burnt and my sandwich bread was soaked in grease. The customer service was horrible our “waitress” never came to check on us and it took forever to get our food. The whole time we were waiting for our overly cooked food the staff in the back was blasting their music. The front counter workers were carrying on so loudly I couldn’t hear what my husband was saying. There was literally no one in there but that’s how loud the staff was. This pizza king used to be one of the best ones and it’s completely gone down hill.

The wings were very dry even with mild sauce as if they were yesterday’s leftover. My friend’s fries were not hot, and when we all tasted the fries they tasted leftover as well. Restaurants are not as good as pre covid.

I’m so disappointed I live in Milford and drove down to Georgetown because that’s my favorite one but cheese was sliding off and the pizza wasn’t even hot. I didn’t Ask for extra cheese this is way too much chess this is not the thin crust, brick oven pizza I’m use too. It’s always a bunch of kids working in there idk if they have new people or what but this is not it.

My friends and I had a horrible experience with our takeout, but before I get to that part we called in at 6:50pm on New Year’s Day to order 25 wings and some other items to enjoy while we were watching football. The girl on the phone when I called said we close in an hour so I have to make sure we can make that order of wings. The restaurant doesn’t close until 8pm we called in the order at 6:50 pm! It doesn’t take an hour to cook wings! Then we get home and get ready to eat our old bay wings. There was so much old bay on them we couldn’t eat them and they were overcooked!! We paid $32 for the wings and couldn’t eat them!! I feel we deserve a refund!! I also got a taco salad that was horrible and had a big black hard chunk in it! The pizza was good we always get the Lotsa medium thick. We also get crab fries and on this visit they were the best ever. They are not always this good plenty of crab dip, just the right amount of fries and cheese. Hope it is related next visit!

Pizza is ok but light with toppings for the price. Wings are decent flavor wise, but are small and pricey. Parking is great mostly. Lot of young folk’s running the establishment. I used to go to breakfast every week and order food a couple time’s a month. But the service got really bad and it was a bit pricey for what I got. We went to breakfast and was served cold coffee at 9am and my order came out wrong. I had to flag another waitress down after 15 minutes of not seeing our waitress. This wasn’t the first time I received poor service. So I don’t go here as often as I did. Their cheese steaks and fries are about the best thing in my opinion. That’s the only thing I’ll get every once in a while.

Okay, so I don’t often leave comments, but I am completely disappointed in our last trip to pizza king. It’s July 4th, so the restaurant is not crowded, and we went to get our order, which was just a slice of pizza and a medium specialty, and they gave us the wrong food. We call back and they tell us to bring the wrong items back, because we might be lying about getting a quesadilla and mystery meat pizza instead, and they will re-make the food. I asked if we will be receiving a refund since we are having to drive back across town to prove I guess pizza fraud and they informed me no because they are remaking our food, and we probably didn’t realize what we ordered or we grabbed the wrong boxes. I remember my order perfectly and since I’m 9 months along I didn’t jump the counter to go back in the kitchen to grab my boxes. Mistakes happen, I get that, but own up to your mistakes and treat your customers better.
