I absolutely love Mediterranean food, but this is place a hipster fiasco. My food took nearly 15 min to prepare. The pita bread was stale and cold. The couscous was extremely cold and contained more onions and peppers than couscous. The chicken pita pocket was like 75% onions and 25% chicken. The basic hummus was good but I had nothing but a cardboard pita pocket to dip in it. The baklava was fantastic but excruciatingly small for the price. The staff also had no idea what I meant by “Is this pistachio or walnut”… I’m good. I’ll stick to the outdoor strip mall spots. WAY more seasoned hot food for a better price.

Food was extraordinarily good!! Might be among my favorite Mediterranean food I’ve had – and I’ve had a lot. The baklava is hands down my top fave. Food was fresh. And although it was supposed to be ready to go at pickup time, they explained that they were shorthanded. So a brief additional wait wasn’t outlandish or completely unexpected. Will ABSOLUTELY be back.

This visit was about a week ago. We were very excited to try this place out but due to some confusion it didn’t go as planned. The prices are very tricky and I couldn’t understand why i paid 12.99 for only 2 sides on a platter. They charged me extra for all the meats i got on the platter. Upon asking, i had about a 10 minute conversation with the employees and they were confused too lol. Not that I didn’t or couldn’t pay high price for food but at least make it easy for customers to know what they are paying for.

I visited Neomonde Mediterranean for a take out. The menu is rather confusing with a lot of hidden costs. The staff doesn’t guide you with the best choice for your order and they are not available when you have questions for them. They assumed and charged extra for a side that was included in the order and I had to go back and correct that. The bill said pita is included in the order but they didn’t give us pita until we asked for it. After all of this circus when I finally tasted the food after reaching home it was horrible. It’s not worth the money you spend on your order. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for good Mediterranean food in the area. I certainly feel it was a waste of my time, energy and money. I wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately one is mandatory.

I was very impressed with the delicious selection of dishes, I chose the beef lamb shawarma, with the beets and orzo side. I really enjoyed every bite. The food is not your typical Lebanese fare. Came back 9/2/2023 another great meal with a friend keep up the good work.

I ordered almost $200 worth of food from Neomonde for a birthday party. I had it delivered by Door Dash, and after they left we realized that we only got half of the food we ordered. We had to make due and split dishes amongst us. I called the next day as a courtesy to let Neomonde know that that had happened. I figured they would want to know, and would at least be apologetic, if not offer to refund me for the food I did not receive. Instead the person who answered the phone’s response was “I wasn’t working yesterday so I couldn’t possibly know what happened.” And when I said that’s not the kind of response I was hoping for, she just repeated herself. They just lost me as a customer along with everyone who was at the birthday party.

My wife and I went yeaterday to get some late lunch. We both have Arab background and really find the food authentic and some of the best we have ever had! The staff and owner are very friendly and inviting, the food is fresh, the establishment is very clean.We are getting to go back for round 2 today. It is one of the best Arabic food resteraunts we have tried yet.
