My fiancé & I stopped here after doing the Jurassic park tour at Kualoa Ranch. We stayed on the north shore so most of our meals have been in this area. If you’re on the north shore or east side of Oahu, you have to eat here! It was our favorite meal, the food was incredible. Seriously, amazing, the owner & his wife were the only ones working & they were busy but still got the food out in great timing & quality. They were extremely down to earth & you can tell they work very hard to provide the best service & quality of food. 10/10! Go there, enjoy & leave a good tip. They deserve it!

We stopped here after doing the Jurassic UTV tour. Robert and his wife run the little small restaurant. They were very nice and accommodating. The food was so good! It was four of us and each of us had a different item on the menu. We tried everything from each other’s plate and everything was so yummy. We had the quesadilla, the Mac and cheese bites, the beef plate and the shrimp plate. All so freakin delicious!! The place doesn’t look like much but it’s definitely worth the stop.

Would highly recommend ordering online ahead of time. The couple that own the place make everything fresh which naturally takes a little longer. The food was worth the wait though. My brother-in-law said it’s the best chicken katsu he’s ever had, and the papaya smoothie was the best smoothie I’ve ever had. The owner even gave us a complimentary slice of homemade banana bread after we were done.

Food was absolutely delicious! I recommend to order online before getting there unless you don’t mind waiting. We got the mac and cheese dippers, pork quesadilla, teriyaki beef bowl, and chicken katsu bowl and it did not disappoint.

I love small local businesses like Uncle Bobo’s because the owners are so friendly and genuine. The shop is ran by a husband and wife who put so much love into their food and making sure they are healthy and organic. The shop is nicely located near the Kaaawa beach so you can enjoy the view after food. The food was superb, especially the teriyaki sauce, which is homemade! I also loved the passion fruit shaved ice, which I highly recommend to cool down in the heat!

Very adorable, super friendly couple running this mom & pop restaurant! One of the best chicken katsu I’ve ever had! Ahi was so fresh and delicious too! Their ahi tuna is fresh caught, chicken is organic, and the vegetables served are fresh from their own garden. This little restaurant is a hidden gem and worth your stop for a nice lunch. Mahalo!

Uncle Bobo’s is the place to go! Excellent food. We brought our family of 10 and Uncle Bobo was super gracious to us. Everything we ordered we were all raving about how delicious it all was. I enjoyed the pulled pork quesadilla and you must ask Uncle Bobo for his special mango hot sauce (a must try!). Thanks again for a great lunch!
