They are definitely dropping the ball at this location. There are too many options near the Centre at Salisbury to get fast food that are better than what my sister and I received. We got the Brisket sandwich, which we’ve had before, that had one onion string on each sandwich, was super flat (hardly any meat on it)1 and was cold. The fries were old, burnt, and cold. It was not good or even mediocre. It was ridiculous that they served something like this for the prices they charge, $10 for a meal. I am not sure who’s running that place, but they need to close for a day, retrain everyone, clean the place, and put someone in who isn’t going to skimp on product. We will be going to a different location until they get it together, which I’m sure will be a very long time.

I asked for cheese on my Roast Beef and the put a slice on the sandwich instead of the Cheddar on it, not only that I made my meal a large and the boy didn’t even do as I asked got to the window and he said sorry we can’t make it a large but knowing they can

Big beef and cheddar is my favorite fat food lunch. Annoyed that they did away with the potato cakes for lunch and dinner. That was a bad move. Drive thru service was good.

Fries was the only thing that was hot my sandwhich and nuggets was like the cook just let it sit and not warm it up. I’ve never in yrs had that problem yet this is the 2nd time this yr they done it. And the person at the drive thru just gave me the bag. Smh

It is a fast food service. The service was fast, The food was quite good for fast food and presented in very good shape. Not mashed down, not served cold and served with a delightful attitude. It is fast food is not meant to be a substitute for your normal diet however this Arby’s location is clean, the food was good, and the service was fabulous. Fast food restaurants are beginning to get pricey however so is everything else.
