My experience inside was absolutely great. Mike and Jeff are great employees and helped me so much with my gluten free allergy! The only thing I have to complain about was that I asked for turkey 2 times and they still put chicken on my sandwich. The chicken is okay but I like a hot turkey sub. Next time I will be checking my sandwich before I leave because a $11 sandwich that isn’t what you wanted sucks!!

I actually prefer Penn Station, way better sandwich but what I will give Jersey Mikes is their superior bacon that they use. It is for this bacon that I only get JM sandwiches from time to time. So because I like the bacon I will order either the #8 or the #9 and every time I come in I have to watch them make the sandwich to insure you put the bacon on it. If I dont remind then, it gets skipped every time. So yesterday to save some time I mobile ordered a Giant #8 and when when I arrive its ready on the pickup counter so I open the wrapper and sure enough, NO BACON. So i tell the crew member who gets a “supervisor” who says they have new people on the line who dont know how to make sandwiches yet. So I ask why they are on the line if they dont know what they are doing and how can it be so hard to forget bacon when its right there on the sign? She said supervisors make better sandwiches but cant make everyones or something to that effect. This happens often enough that I have sent 3 customer feedbacks to corporate via the app and of course I have never had a response.

The vegetables for the sandwich were stale and brown, and I had to ask the guy to find some fresh things for my sandwich. They are always very nice and the food is usually fresh but not that day.

So far I love having a Jersey Mike’s in this location. It’s a great addition to the area. I’ve had some delicious sandwiches thus far; however I feel that they skimp on the bacon. Other locations I’ve visited have always piled on the bacon but this location does the opposite. Nevertheless, I shall return and hope that someday they will surprise me by going back to the bacon portions that I’m used to.

Would give zero stars if possible. Took forever for them to make the wrong sandwich for me. Then they tried to pretend what they made was the same price as what I’d ordered, only reluctantly acknowledging it when I questioned them. They never said anything remotely close to “oops, sorry”. Instead they tried to blame me. I am so sorry that I inconvenienced them today when I gave them some of my money. Total waste of time and money. Never will be going back, instead will be going where the staff are friendly, courteous and appreciate the customers.
