The service here is disgusting and terrible. This is the first time in a year that I’ve ordered from here and each time there is hair in the food. Both times they tell me that they do not have anyone with said hair color, but it’s not me as I wear hijab. The cheese pizza was also so thin and undercooked. The manager hung up in our face.

As i dont know the inside as this was delivered, I can not give that a rating. The food ,however I will. Simply bacon fat with extra salt on bread is the best explanation. It was dripping in grease tasted like salty grease and could not taste anything else but that. Will NOT ever eat Papa Johns again. Will be calling cooperate Monday.

I complete an online order for a large 5 topping pizza. When I received a confirmation email for the order, there were several additional toppings listed. I called right away to speak with them about correcting it. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was kind, understood the situation and tried to correct it. He called me back about 5 minutes later to say that the manager says too bad and she will not correct it. They still charged me $30 for the pizza and sent it out for delivery, which I refused to accept. The delivery driver was also understanding and apologized. Hope the manager enjoyed her power trip, you’re employees are so much better than you.

Pizza is ok. Nothing to write home about. Most of the time our pizza comes with a huge bubble that is an entire slice big, or we get no sauce at all on certain parts of the pizza. When cooked with care, the pizza comes out great. But it’s like a 50/50 chance of getting just ordinary pizza vs super yummy.

Not sure what was going on, when I went at 11 on a Wednesday but, I was just trying to order a few Papadias. The gentleman at the counter was older, and there were two other employees. My friend had ordered a Papadia on Door Dash, and it took over an hour to get it to her. I tried to just run, and grab it for her, and when I got there, they said they’re not taking any orders. The Door Dashers were standing there waiting for their orders (and from what I gathered, had been there for a minute). I just pray the employees survived…

I placed an order today at 10:40, yes I knew they were closing in 20 mins at 11pm. I was doing this for a friend (who did not speak very good English) and would have happily told them sorry they close soon and cannot make it but this location said they would make a “large veggie pizza” and it would be delivered in 13-15 mins. The time is now 12:00am and this pizza has not been delivered and the phone when calling says they are closed (no surprise), but I am extremely disappointed in whoever took my order and said it would be delivered in 13-15 mins, knowing they close in 20 mins.
