Staff decided to stop making online orders for close to an hour and only do in store orders slowly. Two staff members were yelling at customers and treating them very rudely. Their online portal was accepting orders but the staff were telling all customers to cancel them. Awkward to walk in half way through their slowdown.

We like this location. Only issue is consistency. Customer service is typically great. Quality of food is what you expect from Chipotle. Size is what you expect. The one thing I noticed more than one occasion is the drinks. No ice or soda is off and bottled drinks can be past expiration date.

Employees rude. The way they served was one phone order one customer in line. When It was my turn they took 7 orders in front of me switched employees and served a worker lunch and gave the helper a break. Weak I smell discrimination, it’s funny to see hatred. I love you, especially when you play childish games.

I have tried Chipotle in at least 8 different states in many restaurants. I can guarantee this one has been the worst of all. I’m very patient and I usually do not care and expect much from a fastfood restaurant, but this one has been a complete waste of time and money with low quality and also low quantity at the same time!
