Went there last night and only one guy(very nice and fast) was doing all of the work(getting drinks, taking orders, payments, getting food, etc.) all while two girls were sitting there just talking and not helping him at all. They got super defensive and rude whenever he asked for help. Will not be coming back. Those two girls shouldn’t be working there and apparently the one guy who was actually doing his job got fired because he asked for help and the ones not doing anything still work there.

02-21-2020 lunchtime. This is my second time ever coming to one of these locations. The lady at the register was super sweet and help me with the menu. I did not know what to pick so I let her choose for me. I don’t remember what I got but I have pictures in my photos of what I purchased. It was delicious the bread had way too much butter on it but the chicken and the sauce taste good the fries were equally as good and a sweet tea was awesome. You can never go wrong with a good cold glass of sweet tea. The location did not feel all that clean. Throughout their were stuff on tables trash on the floors spilled drinks. Someone definitely had to clean up which is unfortunate because it’s a modern looking location that has a good feel to it. I would return to this location.

This zaxby’s has poor customer service and I was refused military discount when military has been honored at all other locations that I have been too. The general manager was not knowledgeable at all. If you can avoid this location please do so because it was a very unpleasant experience for me and my family.

Employees don’t care about service and are rude to customers. Didn’t get order right even after repeating 3 times and reading back. When I got home, realized they didn’t even give me all my order, So I paid $20 for 3 strips and some fries. Didn’t even put any sauces asked for. Don’t think I will go back to this location.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. What more could you ask for. It was such a pleasant surprise for them to be playing some great Christian music. I was so blessed by this and will for sure eat in again mostly because of this one thing. I highly recommend!
