Absolutely loved our dinner date here! Easy to make an online reservation and the interior is very charming. The food came out very quickly and everything was fantastic. We especially enjoyed our roasted duck with wild rice and fruits- probably one of the best duck dishes I’ve had in my life. The roasted quail salad was also delicious and the crawfish ravioli great. Their haply hour menu looks like a great time too, and I hear their brunch is also popular. Absolutely looking forward to future visits! 🙂

Absolutely loved the vibe here. Very romantic and casual. We sat outside and had the best service from our waitress Tyler. She made some great recommendations. I highly recommend the lamb chops and the crème brûlée !

Gypsy jazz (Is THAT acceptable any more? I’m gonna say it regardless!) on Wednesday evenings. Chilled cocktails and a light dinner between the 2 of us. Nigh perfect evening!!!

WONDERFULLY ECLECTIC LOCATION highlighting phenomenal traditional french foodie flavors! Our kids loved the escargot and quail. Family friendly afternoons; romantic date night hot spot. Cafe Degas is a favorite with locals, and great follow-up luncheon conversation stop just down the street from its historical namesake, the Degas house (& other major tourist stops as well).

This small cafe is whimsically designed with nature in mind. The atmosphere was relaxing and experiential. The food was great. I recommend the ravioli with crawfish. The sauce alone was worth it. We also loved the fries which were fried in duck fat and so delicious! The wait staff was fun and helpful for recommendations on cocktails and specials. We really enjoyed our experience.

My favorite French restaurant in New Orleans. My parents have dined here for years. Cozy and traditional French atmosphere with beautiful outside seating. I’ll definitely be returning. The escargot, French onion soup, duck crêpes were my favorite.

Mussels were so delicious on top of top tier service. I started eating then remembered to take a picture of the food. So good.

Our waitress, Taylor, was exceptional and knew the menu well. I had the veal liver and grits with roasted vegetables. I literally wiped the plate clean using the complimentary bread. The Cream Brulee was perfect. This is the type of place you take people to experience new orleans atmosphere and authentic cuisine.
