The man who took our order was gruff and terse. As if he didn’t want to be there. The pizza was not homemade. The crust was was pre-made like a Pizza Boli crust you find in the grocery store. And the toppings at 1.13 each were non existent. We will not be returning.

Wait on yourself. Place order at counter in front, go back to get food when number called, get your own dishes from a counter on the side. Pizza crust was a hard pre- made slab but the toppings were good and staff was friendly.

All the food is good. My favorite is the lasagna. It is awesome. Has alot of cheese and the sauce is really good. It comes with a salad. My husband loves their pizza. Thin crust with sausage and pepperoni. The owner of the restaurant is there most of the time and when you eat in he comes over and says hi and asks how everything is.

I have lived in this area most of my life, and I have eaten here occasionally. The pizza is okay, but I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I haven’t placed in order in years, but today a delivery driver randomly showed up with an order. I immediately told him that I had not placed an order, but he showed me the receipt, and on it was MY name, MY address, and MY phone number. I explained again that I don’t know how that is possible because we were making dinner at that exact moment. Not understanding how all of this could have happened, I reluctantly took the order and immediately called the store to figure out what had happened. The gentleman I spoke with said that another customer had placed the order but due to a mistake on their (Najjar’s) end, it was delivered to my house instead. He ensured me that I would not be charged, apologized and told me that I could keep the food. Considering the (much better) dinner we were already making was ready at this point, it sat on the counter while we ate our own food. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes later Najjar’s calls again, this time it’s a guy named Bob, who is apparently the manager. With the rudest tone I’ve ever heard from a place who’s reputation relies on it’s customer service, he starts blaming me for this incident. He said “Why would you take the food if you hadn’t placed the order?” I explained that along with the aforementioned reasons, I had been involved in some issues with fraud and I assumed since the order was placed with MY name, MY phone number, and MY address, the issue was on my end. I also explained that all food was still sealed sitting exactly where I put it when the driver left. Eat here at your own risk, you’re visit, or your order this time might be fine, but save yourself the trouble and eat at the highly superior Elizabeth’s Pizza nearby, or even Domino’s.
