Very disappointed in this Taco Bell, Every other Taco Bell I’ve been to in U.S.A is wonderful even at 2am. Did a mobile order not very big and put sour cream all over our food what was suppose to have no sour cream on it. The rice is gross in the burritos, grilled cheese burrito had no cheese on it at all. Only gave us 3 sauces for a 3 meals. Terribly terribly disappointed in this location. Needs to be shut down completely ripped off the planet of the earth.

The last two times I have order the steak fries I have specifically put no chili verde and they still put it in there im sensitive to spicy and can’t eat it.. really bad that I wanna enjoy the fries and try them out but couldn’t enjoy either order because of the chili verde…..

The morning shift manager has no idea whats going on. Made a mobile order. Went to pick it up and she said she didnt have it. I pulled up my receipt on my phone and she took my phone out of my hand and walked to the back of the store. Like what? She asked everyone and one of the kitchen employees had to tell her where my order was. Just not organized. At all.

I don’t expect much from fast food, and I don’t get disappointed easily, but this location was pretty terrible. I placed my order on the kiosk. When my name was called, I walked over to recieve my order, and I was told another person would get my coffee. I waited another minute or two for him to make the coffee, and he just kind of shook the cup in the air at me. Then he made my other iced coffee, handed it to me and walked away. I still needed my soft drink cup, and I had to stand there for a few more minutes, with three different employees making eye contact and ignoring me until another came to help me. I didn’t notice until I got home that I was missing an order of cinnamon twists. Also, for some reason the counter looks like someone has been chopping at it with a hatchet. For a location as new as this, I thought that was odd.

They had their doors locked an hour after stated opening hours were. Neither their lobby or drivw thru signs were changed from lunch/dinner to breakfast as it was before 11. Myself and another gentleman stood at the locked front door without any acknowledgment, despite repeated attempts to get a team members attention and eye contact/being seen by team members inside for over an hour.

Order 2 grilled chicken burritos and a Doritos locos Supreme taco, when they handed it to me I opened the bag to find a broken taco, usually they have a holder on bit this one did not and was all over the place. When my Husband took inside they replaced but weren’t happy about it.
