Casey’s used to have fresh donuts every morning and hot coffee and I would make it my usual stop on the way to work in the mornings to grab a few donuts and hot coffee . But unfortunately when I stopped by to grab a few of the glazed donuts there hasn’t had a good selection of donuts to choose from. There were maybe three different kinds and only a couple of each. The box was literally cleaned out of donuts that is. This is disappointing to me I dont know what happened. Well, then when I had picked one of the few offered the donuts were dry or stale like they were a day old!. That’s not even the worst part! This time their were little Nats flying around in the box landing on donuts!. There wasn’t just one or two there was at least 10 or 15. It really grossed me out and I definitely skipped out on getting some donuts after what I had witnessed. I love Casey’s don’t get me wrong. I’m a Rewards member but things have changed around that store I don’t know if it’s new employees or not enough customers so they don’t make enough but it’s not the same Casey’s. So if they don’t fix their donut and Nats issue I’m going to have to find me a new spot to stop and get donuts in the morning.

I mean there’s not a single point in ordering ahead when they start the pizza five minutes after it was supposed to be done. If you have kids in the car or are any sort of time limit just go somewhere else. Curbside pick up is also definitely not going to be a thing here so just take that off the website. The cashier also had me pick up paper off the floor so she could “see what it was”. It’s extremely poorly ran but whatever.

I ordered extra cheese. Did not get it and called the store. The person who answered just said “yes you did”. My husband who picked it up did not know I had ordered extra cheese and since they were running late he watched the pizza being made. The one before ours got extra cheese, ours did not. This is a $2 problem which I won’t pursue. But heads up, make sure the pickup person knows what was ordered and checks it at the store.

Ron is the best manager in Columbia, Hallsville, Auxvasse , Fulton , Ashland and Jeff City. The employees are amazing Rebecca and Marcy are polite and friendly in the morning and make so much food. Jesse is really nice and my order is always right. Seems like cooperate headquarters needs to value their managers and employees more. I have heard from several managers and employees how the company has changed. Its a shame they treat you like that. Casey’s General Store treated employees like family. Guess with Casey’s now your are just a number now. That’s a shame. If you don’t value your workers you don’t value your customers. Quick Trip may be my main stop at least they value there employees. Ill spread the word also.

Ordered a Mac and cheese pizza online. The expected wait time was 30 minutes but I gave it an hour before leaving because I realize it can take awhile at night to make everyone’s orders. So I drove 15 minutes across town to find out that they were out of that type of pizza. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they would have called me so I didn’t wait for an hour and drive 15 minutes across town. I asked why they didn’t just call me and let me know and the pizza maker, a 20 something year old girl, just repeated “sorry man”

Today was the second time I called in a pizza order for pick up only to arrive and find the pizza not started. Today they simply forgot to make the pizza. They offered to make the pizza but I didn’t have 30 minutes to hang around the store. Although the pizza at this location is decent, I’m not going to return to this store.

Ordered pizza and came almost 20 mins later than order said pick up was. Food wasn’t ready and staff were standing there with phones in hand. Said they were about to call me. Had trouble cancelling my order. I bought my son and daughter a drink and left.
