If I could give zero stars I would. This morning I ordered two plain bagels toasted with butter and when I get to the window, I am waiting there for 10 minutes because they forgot about my order and by the time my bagels are ready they aren’t even toasted at all and they aren’t buttered. The workers just put in one singular packet of butter in the bag with no napkins or even a knife. Would not recommend or ever come here again.

This evening I came and ordered 4 sandwiches through the window, she only put down three. We noticed after she had handed us the receipt. When she gave us the bag we explained we had actually tried ordering the 4… The young woman at the window VERY RUDELY yelled at her coworker if she heard us say the 4 sandwiches, and then asked us to come inside. not ta mention she hadn’t even fully turned around yet and she started rolling her eyes … I was in shock because it was an honest mistake and we were trying to be polite about it…

3 stars because the food and beverages were great. I would say 2 stars maybe 1 for customer service. I walked in with my kids and no one was up front. But you could hear yelling and cursing very loudly from the back. The employees seemed to be having a party. We stood for longer than we should have before a voice yelled upfront to see if we were ready. While one was taking our order the conversation between workers continued, one yelling from the back to the front. Cursing etc. I’m not perfect, I curse. But there is a time and a place. Those two were really unprofessional. There were two customers sitting in the restaurant while all of this was happening. I couldn’t believe how the employees behaved.
