I had a tuna sub on their 5 grain bread. First I didn’t realize it would not be a sub roll. I got a sandwich with tuna between two slices of delicious bread. The bread is cut in two for easier eating but there was tuna only one half of the bread. Needless to say what a disappointment. First they should have said it would not be a sub and second the quantity of tuna was one third (if that) of what you’d get on a sub. Needless to say I went to jersey mikes nearby and got a real sub

Was down talked when asking to review order it was a ridiculously speedy response none of us could understand. Then when asked to repeat what she said she went rudely slow. The employees here always get the orders wrong and they down talk you if you need something different on the menu. Spend a few more dollars on decent employees who are trained with manners and ethics. Also a memory between their ears. We will NEVER be back to the carolina forest location. We looked for a homeless person to donate our food and couldn’t find anyone so we threw it out. If the employees treat you this bad and they dont care about thinking even the littlest bit how can they make sure your sandwich is clean correct and have any decency in the preparation? Exactly! They cant!

I have ordered from this Jimmy John’s many times and there has been mess UPS but mistakes happen.. But for 2 sandwiches waiting 45 minutes that is ridiculous! The manager was rude and crazy on the phone..! I told her, I understand if you guys are running a little late on time, but let your customers know before ordering.. Poor customer service! I will never give this place my business ever again! I will definitely let my family and friends know not to come to the Jimmy John’s ever again.!

I went in to pick up an order on Sunday. They were obviously understaffed there were only two girls working but only Alexis was doing any work. Idk who that other girl was but she needs to either get off the clock standing there doing absolutely nothing or pick up the pace because Alexis was trying her hardest to get the orders done and help the customers while being polite and respectful knowing the amount of work and tress she was under.

2x this month. Today I ordered a plain turkey n cheese with picked and a roast beef n cheese with mayo. It was correct on receipt unlike last time which I admit I didn’t check. So what I got was turkey cheese mayo lettuce tomatoes cucumbers and roast beef sans mayo or cheese with pickles.. wt? It doesn’t sound terrible but all the kid had to do was read the order, again. We won’t be back. Teach them how to read. River Oaks Road, Myrtle Beach SC. The first time it was drowning in mayo I slice cheese.
