OVERPRICED food! They charge a dollar extra to grill your shrimp. I probably won’t go back because its confusing to order and no one helped. The menu is misleading and because of that, you will order stuff without knowing. (IM GOOD) The food is not bad, I was stressed out after I ordered my food. I ordered shrimp, broccoli and okra; that came up to 18$. ♀️

Ordered the whiting fish platter (fried). The filet was full of bones, this is just a small amount you see in the picture. There were so many bones, made it hard to eat. There was also a lot of skin on the filet and it was really dry. I would not recommend ordering this if you decide to eat here. Onion rings were soggy and limp. Coleslaw was alright. The corn on the cob was definitely the highlight, very flavorful corn.

If you haven’t eaten here, you are missing out. The food here is excellent. Gumbo and the shrimp and the broccoli. You have to try it out!!! They have 2 new cooks and I have already had 2 orders of shrimp gumbo that was excellent. I just got another order from the new cooks, not as good. Shrimp was like rubber and I liked the first 2 orders of it, but not this one.

Ever since this restaurant came to Conyers….. I’ve been going to them. Now I usually get the Crawfish Gumbo bowl. But tonight!!!….. I got the Shrimp and grits with sausage. I didn’t even get it out of the bag before I ate a majority of it. This food is awesome!!! Great staff. Great prices. Great food. All around the best seafood spot I’ve been to in a long time.

I’m glad I found Crab Harbor Seafood. I ordered the lobster basket and it was delicious! The lobster, shrimp, crab and sausage were perfectly cooked. The corn, potatoes and sausage were delicious! You got the hot plus garlic (my favorite) just right!

This is a great neighborhood seafood place. I have eaten here several times. Last time yesterday. I had fried shrimp with fries and hush puppies for lunch. Everything was hot, fresh, and yummy. I normally don’t care for huspuppies but I like crab harbors. They have pieces of corn and great flavor. Crunchy on outside and just right on the inside. I eat here about twice a month. The food is consistent tasty and I appreciate the healthier sides offered. But the reason I finally decided to write a review is customer service. When I called to order, no one answered, so I hung up to try later. They called me back!!!! Who does that??? I was thrilled to know they cared enough to do that. Solid service.

First time here and will return! The establishment was clean, the customer service was good and food was prepared promptly. Very fresh and seasoned well. You have the option to add more or different seasoning when you get there. Had the jumbo shrimp bucket and it’s enough for 2 ppl! Fair pricing for the amount and quality, they also properly clean the shrimp!!! So you don’t have to do it yourself or enjoy that extra protein with the black strip lol

12/18/2020 12:50 on hold 5 minutes I hung up, called back same person answered the phone, very impatient, was like that on the 1st call. i placed order of Seafood Bucket, and the Mixed Fried Bucket lunch special. customer service is a must the place is visited by the majority in the community. you treat your customers in a way they will return over and over again. This young lady never needs to answer the phone and take orders. You can’t be impatient with customer’s that are ordering. You work there you should know…I come there at least three time a month. this will be my last time ever calling always spend at least 50 dollars each time. sad Crab Harbor is losing customer’s based on her attitude. this isn’t the 1st time either..

The food is good. But you are using household recipe for a very small menu. With no option to substitute and your increasing the price. This a problem when you are coming to a small community and not providing a service to our community. This is poor customer service. To improve this I recommend offering more varities and more healthy choices. You keep playing with the market price my community I pay taxes in as a home owner with not continue to eat here and I will tell my community to stop eating here.
