Stopped in yesterday, purchased the 30 dollar meal deal on the app. I wasn’t aware I needed the app, but downloaded it, and made the purchase. There were 3 employees working hard to serve the customers, and I probably came off cranky, it was a very long day, and I was just worn out. The staff was very courteous and friendly, as I received my food in a timely manner. Dinner was great and thank you for the great service!!

Where to begin. First off no one behind me but I have to pull up and park in a handicap parking to wait for food cause they have a corporate time ticker. The chicken breading is unlike any breading I’ve ever had @KFC It was so not kfc! Had to be freezer packaged chicken tenders . I was worried and tossed it I don’t know if there’s supply issues or what but terrible chicken. Third there’s more grave in my bowl that potatoes. Last of all my biscuit is burnt and hard as hell. I would like store owners or managers to refund or replace my meal.

Place is just… just watch your step, wanted a original recipe, was told it’d be a wait, then was told I’d have to get extra crispy.. no one is really doing anything in the back, but this location makes me regret coming here to get my family a decent dinner.. almost waited 30 mins for extra crispy… set the timer lower and it wouldn’t be extra crispy… can hear the ppl in the back laughing, sounds like a fun game.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I order a pot pie and it looked like this. Not to mention it was dry. Asked for a breast fill up and they give me a chicken breast that had no skin on it. Then the young lady wearing a dirty t shirt. And when it was time to give me my food she refuse to bring it up the counter. She stopped the other staff that was helping others to bring it to me. Then the menu says the fill up box comes with a cookie she says they stopped giving out them. I sat in the store over 20 minutes after going through the drive thru. I feel she was being rude and being nice to others. Being that I was the only black person in the store. I will never return and at truth be told they changed the ingredients of kfc. Don’t go here unless you want dirty employees to help you. Then the dirty woman wanted to charge me 13.00 dollars for 6 chicken strips

They didn’t have any dark meat in the extra crispy. They also wanted to give me my change of $3 in all coins. When I offered to give them 2 ones so they could give me a $5, they said they couldn’t so that. Finally a manager came to the counter and gave me 3 ones. Also, the prices were higher. Not a good experience

Approx 2 hours bf closing still & they were out of chicken fingers… It’s a “KFC” amongst other prominent menu items (which I do also totally understand happens periodically due to shortages etc) … How are u seriously out of chicken!! Nastiest 8 piece bucket of reheated greasy brown extra crispy, I ordered the bucket mixed, the mash potatoes and gravy were luke warm, mac&cheese was luke warm and biscuits harder then a hockey puck. I called customer service immediately for a refund and never heard from anyone, so called customer service back on 2/27/23, still no one contacted me back so I am currently disputing the credit card charge of $29.88. This is a franchise location and no one at KFC cares about the nasty food being put out!
