Love the #7 here , it is truly a delicious burger , the only thing I will complain about is the customer service. These fast food restaurant managers have to go back to there training . They have completely forgotten how to treat the customers. I go through the drive thru, I am always very polite because I live by the rule that Ryan Reynolds says in the movie “waiting” ” this lady broke the cardinal rule, you don’t mess with people that handle your food”. But we get to the window and we get very vague responses or you get a different employee and she opens the window, gives you your food, no “here you go , you had the …….” “thank you have a great night” nope she just hands us our bags of food and closes the window. DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDER AFTER HOURS. I put in an online order and arrived there around 10:18 pm. The drive through line wasn’t super long – only just past the first menu board before you order. The line would not budge though. So my food was was already ready by the time I got there (was even told this at the drive through speaker). So because they took so long with everyone else, by the time I got my food it was COLD. Drinks were already watered down with ice almost melted. I wasn’t even offered a drink carrier they just handed me 3 drinks when I have 2 cup holder and no one else in the car. It took 20m to get through just a couple of cars. If you’re going to close the lobby down at 10 then have a better system for pickup orders. I would have been better off just ordering right then so at least I’d have warm food.

I told them I would bring the whole bags so they can check. I live like 6 minutes away. Took my bags, they went through the bags with no gloves on. The cooker said “I don’t understand I had already made this 30 minutes ago.” They didn’t even apologize nor did they make the right food. They don’t wear any hairnets either. After the cooker made the wrong item, he goes outside in the front of the restaurant and starts smoking.

Came here to get 4 tacos and was charged $22. They have yet to make it right because the guy didn’t give me the receipt and I didn’t know he overcharged me so badly until the next day when I looked at my bank account.
