I’ve been looking for a great pizza and now I’ve found it. Best pizza!! Steven gave beyond excellent customer service and their delivery young lady was excellent as well. I also think it is wonderful business sense to have your own delivery drivers. With a 3rd party service, if there is an issue, it reflects back on the food establishment, not the 3rd party service. Your own drivers can maintain the consistent level of excellent service that you want for your location. Thank you!!

If I spend $40 I would appreciate it if you guys would cut my pizza but on a better note, the workers were friendly but they must’ve been tired tonight. I ordered regular breadsticks and they gave me the everything breadsticks. I went to take them back and they were very friendly and remade my breadsticks. I also asked for lite sauce for my pizza and it seems like they read EXTRA sauce because the pizza was saucy. 4 stars for customer service

This is my second time there, and I have to say what a mess, there were 6 people waiting for their pizza, 2 people got wrong orders, and then I come to find out I got the wrong order after I drove home. This pizza was decent, but expensive, the bread sticks was odd, it was a double order or something, it was jut a bunch of puff bread with no toping or flavor. The man at the front counter was not good, maybe his first day, and his co-workers did not step up to help the poor guy

This is definitely D-tier pizza, especially when you factor in the price. They forgot the extra ranch I ordered, also didn’t flavor the crust like I had selected. The pizzas were made quickly. The crust was weird and crumbly and dry. The good topping options might be the saving grace. Still I’d pass for this price, not worth it.

Worst pizza ever!!! It was swimming in sauce. The dough was under cooked. My order that I repeated 3 times was wrong! First and last time for this place!!! Zero stars! We literally threw out $35 worth of pizza .we couldn’t even eat it.

This review is based just on my first experience and impressions. First off when I called they did not even represent who they were. I only found out it was Cottage Inn when I happened to drive by the location thinking it was still the previous Toarmina’s Pizza. When I called back to verify, again no stating who they are. I questioned the staff and he kept telling me his name until I asked him the name of the BUSINESS and then he finally said Cottage Inn. Then trying to order was a chore and I am not sure why they were not trained to at least take an order. I do enjoy Cottage Inn Pizza but do not think I will use this new location if I went through this trouble on first call. I hope these are just growing pains for the new owners and that they improve.
