Kristen is a true asset to the waitstaff who went above and beyond to make sure our every need was taken care of. We had an amazing meal every time we ate here during our stay. The front desk really sold us on the siren drink and we were told they sell over 6000 a month but I wasn’t very impressed with them, they just tasted like straight Prosecco to me. They are obviously very popular though. The bagel & lox (I ordered the smoked salmon plate with a bagel as my side) was truly the best breakfast I ate in all of Sarasota.

We have been going to Jack Dustys for ever but these last few days during the hurricane we never loved anything more. We have been staying in the Westin but sadly the food has not been so good so we have been going to here. Beautiful food and outstanding cocktails with the nicest staff in Florida. Try the Fish & Chips with mushy peas and the Roast Turkey with Bacon Sandwich & Fries or the fresh Smoked Fish Dip and the Lobster Roll which were all amazing. Thank you guys for outstanding service during the hurricane.

This restaurant is located in the Ritz Carlton Sarasota. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency just across the quay. We could see this restaurant from our room all week and decided to dine in there last night. We walked over and the approach to the Ritz is quite impressive. Once you walk inside, you realize you have stepped up to the next level. Very elegant lobby, and the reception area at Jack Dusty was equally elegant. We decided to sit outside. The view is spectacular looking back across the quay to the Hyatt Regency. April was our server and did a fantastic job. we started out with oysters and a bottle of wine. I had seen shrimp and grits on the menu online and couldn’t wait to try it. It blew away all my expectations. Again, this restaurant is at another level. The desert, and after dinner drink. We’re also a fantastic. They have a nice selection of rum, scotch and other liquor. We had a very expected celebrity sighting as well. All this made for a very magical night.

Came here for our two year anniversary. The hostess, waitress, and servers were all wonderful! My husband got crab pasta which was amazing and I got the mahi mahi special which was equally amazing. Our waitress Danielle surprised us with dessert as an anniversary present. House-made gelato, mango, raspberry, and coconut flavors. I have one word- heavenly. The coconut was by far our favorite though. My husband described it as buttery, a thing we didn’t know coconut could be! Definitely a lovely place to eat at.

It was a really good experience. Staff was very professional yet friendly and polite. Atmosphere was great. They have lots of seating space. I love the Outdoors seating space. Specially the couches overlooking the marina and the sunset views . I would definitely recommend if you not yet tried.

Was a delicious meal, allowed the waitress to pick my main. Corn battered Redfish was delicious, but there just happened to be 3 on the table, so unable to share different plates, would have loved to try the jambalaya!

Food was delicious and service was incredibly fast. Our apps were out within minutes of ordering them. We sat on the back patio and grabbed a drink from the bar before our reservation. They have a beautiful view of the water and sunset.
