Ordered burrito bowl with fajitas, but fair it’s were missing. Eventhough I have ordered from the app, I had to wait in the line for 10 mins to get my order. We sat outside and can see the trash flying all over the place.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle i’ve ever been in. The floors had trash all over them, the ceiling looks like it’s unfinished, it was almost 80° in the building, staff seemed exhausted, and the kitchen was dirty. Not a good look.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in at 8:10 pm mind you it closes at 10 waited 20 minutes in line to watch all the workers clean. The one girl was using cleaning products and dirty soapy water next to the rice as the dirty water was falling into the food. The other worker at the start of the station was sitting infornt of customers crying while no one else was taking orders. As for the rest of the workers one was sitting on his phone, the other was cleaning the grill. They announced all the food items that ran out simply bc they didn’t want to put anymore out. In the 20 minutes I waited in line me and 6 others walked out. This is my second bad experience at this location. And the way the food is kept is disgusting. Mind you they still had a hour and half before closing!!! I could understand if it was closer to closing.

First of all. The appearance of when you walk in Filthy Food on the floor food on the tables left by customers. Garbage is full . Then customer service is terrible. Being hurried along by counter people. Putting in wrong items that you’re suggesting to put into your meal. And then getting upset when they put the wrong item in. I believe a little training is in order. Oh I’ll just Suggest everyone else go to Taco Bell down a block where the experience is much better.

Wow what a horrible experience. They never have ingredients. They have been out of guac 2/3 times I have been there. They have been out of cheese and rice. They never have mobile orders ready. You have to walk up to the counter and tell them you ordered online and then they start to make it. There’s trash everywhere and the tables are not clean. There’s food all over the floor in the prep area also. Do not recommend. Corporate needs to fix this absolutely disaster location!

I ordered a bowl with fajita veggies. Look at what I got. My total order with everything was 50.00 from door dash. 3 items. And two had errors. Look at this bowl. Chipotle used to be awesome. Never again.

This Chipotle is horrible. They always try to skimp on your portions so I have to ask for extra extra rice to even have a normal amount. The people that work here are also terrible, thankfully, they have some nice j1s which I normally try to deal with when I come in the summer but god forbid I try to eat here Sept-May. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the dining room actually clean and without completely full trash cans. I want this Chipotle to get better but they never seem to have it together.
