Worst location I’ve been to. Placed an Online pickup order and swung by 30 minutes later and still wasn’t ready. There was a line of people waiting and cars in the drive thru with only two people working. I watched the lady get on her phone to take a call with her gloves on while she was assembling food and then ran out back to get a Taco Bell pickup order. She was also touching her clothes and her face with the gloves on while making the sandwiches. I would’ve walked right out if it wasn’t an online order. I watched her make my sandwich and I honestly couldn’t eat it, the bacon was cold and slimy and the rest of the sandwich was warm like it had been toasted, but it smelled rancid so I had to toss it. I always get that order so I know what it should normally look like or smell like. I understand if you’re short staffed and don’t mind waiting a little bit. However if the employees do not appear clean and they aren’t following proper cleanliness protocols I have an issue. There must be something seriously more going on behind the scenes if the turkey and bacon are smelling bad. Never had a bad experience at Jimmy John’s before so this was very disappointing.

I really like the food here BUT recently we came to the drive thru at 7:45 and were informed that they were closed. I kindly asked what time they closed and was told 7:30. I checked online and see that they are posted open until 8:00. I used to work in the food service industry so I get wanting to be cleaned up and ready to go as soon as possible but we drove from Port Clinton to get this specifically. I ended up going to a Subway in the same plaza and had awesome customer service and terrific food that night.

You can’t go wrong with Jimmy’s. I appreciate that they’re consistent, anywhere I go. Staff was friendly and fairly fast. They had no ice in their fountain, but one of the employees asked for my cup and he went and got me ice. Very nice.

Me and my co-worker ordered pickup and when she went to go get our order was informed at the store that they had no bread. No french no wheat. Wasted our lunch break then was informed that the refund couldn’t be processed for a week. Was still taking orders even though they couldn’t fulfill them.

Lobby is closed which I’m sure is due to “staff shortage” but it seemed odd as a group of workers were sitting at a table listening to music and socializing. We were going to try the drive through but had a few new customers and the hassle wasn’t with it and decided on a different restaurant that allowed dine in service.
