I would like to know why every time I order a bagel with butter , you won’t put the butter on the bagel while the bagel is still hot like other Dunkin’ Donuts do . Its so ridiculous by the time I add the butter my self it’s hard and crunchy . I will find a different location. They seem lazy here

Said they closed early due to short staff but didn’t have any signs of except one on the pick up window. Nothing on the front doors or even the speaker. Yet I see three girls just standing near the window. Doing absolutely nothing. I get that to deal with all those people could bead more than three but at least put a couple more “signs”. Honestly.

I walked in here on Thursday Aug 17/23 @ 2:35 pm there were 4 people at the sandwich station one with a headset that was talking and talking and a woman named Srijana came out with 4 refreshers for the customers in front of me finishes two drinks for drive thru then proceeds to take my order and makes my two lattes she was very friendly but doing all the work alone it’s not right to have 6 employees on the shift with one woman doing all the work they are not team players and taking advantage of this woman anyways 5 stars for Srijana!!

I got to the drive thru a little bit before 9pm, I waited 4 minutes to be asked what I’d like to order. I tried to order something small to eat and the girl told me the kitchen was closed, even though google says they close at 11pm, so I just order my drink, as I pull up behind the customer in front me I hear them laughing out loud about me attempting to order food at that time. When it was my turn to pay she turned her back on me and spoke with another employee who was also laughing before taking my payment 2 minutes later. She had draids and the other young girl looked Guatemalan.

I have been going to this Dunks for a while and under new management it has gone downhill. They will give wrong swirls (butterpecan specifically) to get rid of it, add extra charges for additional pumps you didn’t ask for, and unfortunately the manager has not been very kind and will belittle you even over the drivethru intercom over coffee.
