This is a great spot that just feels like the heart of America. The casual outdoor seating, the smoker running and filling the air with pure delicious mouth watering aroma, the down to Earth easy going owner, good lunch specials, and great smoked wings (a favorite of mine). It’s hard to say what I enjoyed the most about this little BBQ shop, but if I had to pick one it would be the food. I’ll be sliding thru anytime I’m in Carlisle for certain!

Our family, with three young kids, stopped in for lunch to break up a road trip, and feel like we struck gold. The food was spectacular… fresh out of the smoker, perfectly seasoned, and great sauce and rub (deemed “magic BBQ sprinkles” by our kids). Service was very friendly and fast. Staff was attentive, and owner took the time to introduce himself and what he and the business are about. Everything was very clean. Great attention to detail and making visitors comfortable. Wish we lived closer; we’d be regulars!

Delicious barbecue! Coming from Kansas City, I know good BBQ, and this was it! Very tender pulled pork and brisket, very flavorful. The homemade rub seasoning and fresh cut fries made the perfect dinner! The inside could use a little help, but overall it was clean and had what we needed. Service was great and the owner was super nice! We will definitely be back!

This is an excellent place to pick up some Bbq! We were in town for the Truck Show (Carlisle Truck Nationals) and we always seek out establishments with excellent reviews. We ordered Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends (so good!), Pulled Pork, Mac n cheese, smoked bacon baked beans, garlic green beans and some seasoned fries. Everything was Delicious. The owner and staff were so friendly. He even gave us a free breakfast sandwich. So make sure you stop by to pick up breakfast also. Thanks for the great food. We’ll see you next time we’re in town!

We’re still talking about how much we enjoyed the BBQ for our family reunion. The food is amazing (pulled pork, brisket ends, fries) and everyone raved about it!!! Plus, the service / customer care made it so easy and convenient for us. I highly recommend Official BBQ for any event…or for any meal for that matter! So delicious..so convenient!

What an amazing restaurant! I felt welcomed upon arriving and served with care. However let’s get serious here, their food was incredibly delicious, I have never tasted wings and fries this good EVER! I consider myself quite the foodie and the chef did not disappoint! Absolutely AMAZING food! We chose to eat in (outdoor and indoor seating now available) vs take out with a party of 7. Our food was out in less than 10 min! Shared a family meal (36 wings, 2 lg sides) plus a full rack of ribs – we are our fill and took home leftovers! We will definitely be back!

My work team recently ordered a catered lunch from Official BBQ. I chose the burnt ends and mac n cheese. The meat was tender and well seasoned … delicious sauce … and I wished I had ordered a double portion of sides. Everything was delivered hot and ready to serve. I highly recommend!

Reasonable prices, excellent customer service. Wait time was only a couple minutes which is also awesome.The man working there was very pleasant. They have tables to eat outside and are working on getting dining inside soon. Excited to see this business grow! Definitely will be back.
