Community Family of Faith Church
On today I placed an “Order Ahead Mobile Order” at the store located in Monroe on 165 South. My coworkers as well as myself found mold in the bottom of our cups. Of course I wasn’t aware until all the soda was gone. I’ve tried to reach someone at the store to make them aware and the phone has been busy since 1pm. I have a photo to prove my allegations. Management needs to make sure they check the cup holder as well as the Ice Machine.

I must say, they are over worked and under staffed. It did take quite a while for us to receive our food, but the workers were doing everything they knew to do to try to make it work. I believe if corporate took more pride in making sure training was up to par and a more enticing pay scale, it may have been a better experience.

The worst experience of KFC I have had. The lady at the window seem like she didn’t care what I wanted. After I got my order nothing in my bag was what I ordered. I got cold fries along with three pathetically small pieces of chicken. Chicken was almost nugget size and I ordered a 3 tender meal. I will not be going back here again and probably not back to KFC again.

It would be nice if I was asked the way I wanted my children prepared( original ..crispy… spicy…) And can this and all drive thru operators give you 10 seconds to look at the menu?
