Old Vilnius Cafe has opened its doors in 2013 as an addition to Grand Duke’s Restaurant then located in Summit, IL. We served homemade Eastern European Cuisine at our Cafe and homemade delicatessen at our Deli.
In 2019 Grand Duke’s Restaurant expanded and moved to Downers Grove, directly across the street from Old Vilnius.
This made us to change and expand our Deli and store while all dining has moved to Grand Duke’s Restaurant.
Our deli offers our homemade smoked meats, pastries, cookies, bread, dairy, big selection of Lithuanian, Polish, Ukrainian imported goods. At our store, you can also find Lithuanian souvenirs – handmade ceramic, amber also books, T-shirts, magazines.
Traditional Lithuanian dishes & imported beer served in unfussy surrounds with a store for gifts. Based on 529 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.5 stars. Price

Great food and good service. Don’t be in a hurry when you come here though. There is also a store attached to the cafe.

Grand Duke’s (63rd & Harlem) little brother/sister! I had a Groupon from the place that was nearing expiration – the only reason I hadn’t gone is that it’s kind of far and inconvenient for me. But knowing that the food would be along the lines of the Lithuanian food at its sister restaurant, I knew it would be well worth the trip.

I’m not Lithuanian. Not at all. I know practically nothing about the country or the culture. But this food was freaking delicious, and Inga was wonderful to us! 10/10 will return.

Absolutely love Vilnius! A friend of mine is Lithuanian and he and I come here all the time for some legit Litho food. I’m always getting Zeppelins because of how tasty and filling they are, especially for their low price!
