This is the third time I have gone to this location and there is always one person working and that person is just seriously disgruntled. Being a hiring manager, I can tell the management here is reflecting in the ever changing employees at this location. Not only that, but the food service straight up sucks!!! They never have croissants/bagels plus, I shouldn’t have to open the wrapper and put the sandwich back together before eating it .

Walked into the Cashier Woman watching videos on her phone. Told me and my mother “one moment” as she finished her video. She took our order but at 1:30 pm theyre are wiped out of plain bagels. I asked for a Signature Turtle Latte which is pretty pricey and all i got was a lousy whipped cream drink none of toppings which makes the drink what it’s supposed to be. The layout of the store is nice but I wouldn’t come back here.

Worst service!!! Walked in this morning(09/01) lady at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me when I walk in. I said hello and she replied with “I busy making food” I was shocked and walked out. I will never come back here again. I went to the Dunkin up the street and toke my business elsewhere. Horrible!

This location has made DRASTIC changes in the past year and has improved greatly! The staff is friendly and so accommodating. if your coffee doesn’t taste right, they will gladly remake it to your standards and not huff or puff about it. I love coming here because I know they will treat me right and make my coffee how I like it. They are a small store though and occasionally they do run out of product, but as I said before they are extremely friendly and if they don’t have what you want, they will suggest other options, so you don’t leave super upset. Definitely give this store another chance if you haven’t already!

Early morning stop, staff couldn’t comprehend extra liquid sugar and put 0 sugar in the coffee. Have an attitude and a dirty look when I asked for a straw. If you can’t work with people, don’t work in retail or food services. Store is clean and looks kept up.
