I ordered 10 traditional wings. I got 1 wing and 9 drumsticks. It was supposed to be garlic buffalo sauce and it tasted like plain buffalo sauce. Also, 1 dipping sauce for 10 wings.

Normally this location does good work. Today was not the case. Not only was every item I ordered followed up with a sarcastic and uppity “is that all?” The food was cold. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. At best, I received a half order of fried pickles. No wax paper, no dip, just a pathetic excuse for a side. I would expect this kind of service…or lack thereof from a lesser establishment such as taco bell or McDonald’s. Not Zaxby’s. This review gets 2 stars solely because they did get the order correct.

I love the fried mushrooms, the Cobb salad with fried chicken is so good, and I always get the biggest order of fries I can because they are so amazing. Molly is the best, she was working outside because the drive thru speaker wasn’t working, standing up the whole time, she had no chair or table, holding a large computer, taking orders and completing transactions, all with a smile and so nice.

First and last time eating here way too over priced for 2sandwitches and french fries a 2 small drinks total came just shy of 18.00 for 2 plain chicken sandwichs no lettuce or anything so I hate to say it we will not be heading back to the zaxs .
