It is very difficult to write a review because my feelings are mixed. Because when a woman at the reception in the store is chaos: dirty, a very long wait for an order, she yells at customers. Don’t go to this location because they will overcharge you. I ordered 1 large 1 topping pizza and an order of breadsticks which came to 25.99. Well I later received a notification that my payment updated. My new total was 51.98 and when I contacted the store I was told that I was lying and wouldn’t even give me the gm’s information. I was willing to send my bank update but they refused. The person I spoke with so rude and she’s supposed to be the manager, saying she didn’t need to steal because she has 1000’s of dollars in her pocket, which she probably stole too.

The pizza is usually great (when it’s fresh) from this location. I ordered my pizza through Uber eats delivery and ended up having to take the pizza back to the store because it wasn’t fresh at all and it was overcooked. The bread sticks and cinnamon sticks as well overcooked and or old. My main issue was the way I was treated when i brought the issue to the stores attention. The young lady got the manager and the manager was very childish and lacked good customer service skills. She agreed that part of the order was hard and overcooked while she said the other part wasn’t. I used to go here a lot but I won’t be back.( I did get my money back through Uber eats after sending them a pic of the food)

Ordered $70 worth of food just for it to never arrive and then for the people to lie to me about processing a refund. Called again and they have no memory of the conversation. Absolutely terrible. Do not eat here.

How are the people at this location getting hired? They’re standoffish to all customers, having loud inappropriate conversations, and couldn’t care less about doing anything right. We wanted garlic parm sauce with half cheese and half bacon/pineapple. Instead we got marinara sauce with ham/bacon/pineapple on the whole thing, and they cut the pizza so disproportionately it was laughable. Also did not received sauce for the cheese sticks or icing dip for the cinn sticks.

ThIs is for the Peachtree Road location. I don’t know if there is one a Peachtree Street, but Google in Atlanta, there is a difference between Peachtree street and Peachtree road. I have looked at lists for the best pizza in Atlanta and driven at least an hour for this pizza, and it was not the best . However, this Pizza Hut is the best in Atlanta. It has the best pizza in Atlanta. It is awesome. I had planned on sushi in the hotel ick but they charged me 45 dollars for parking.

The best way to have their pizza is made to order in person. Always has extra cheese and its very fresh. Also if you do the survey in person you can have free cinnamon sticks or breadsticks.

Manager is so rude and hung up over the phone during our conversation when I was trying to give her the directions for driver and ask about my refund that I never got it from my last order for an item that I didn’t receive.
