I do not recommend visiting this Chipotle. The workers are unprofessional, the food stations are very dirty, the area near the register is also very dirty, they ran out of a lot of food even though it was an hour and a half until closing. I think that they leave food sitting out for a very long time and I don’t believe that the food is prepared to the standard of quality that Chipotle the brand sets. This is especially disappointing given that this location recently opened. There was one crew member who was very pleasant and helpful (I cannot recall her name).

The cleanliness of this establishment is extremely poor. From the dining area to the bathrooms. The bathrooms have broken fixtures and no sanitation products such as soap. The dining room had food on the floor and the tables and the counter where you check out were extremely disgusting. Not to mention the lack of friendliness and acknowledgment when it came to order. The individual in the front line felt that sweeping the kitchen and wiping down the workstation was more important that the several customers waiting in line to order.

I was a little nervous to try this location because of the reviews, but I ended up trying it out anyway. Now I’m surprised that the reviews were so low because the food was great! Everything was flavorful and prepared perfectly! I would definitely order again!

Great experience at this new Chipotle! The employees are friendly and efficient! It was the training managers birthday and they even gave me a slice of cake. This will definitely be my go to lunch spot.

Placed the order online on the Chipotle website. I like that they label the orders, but they left items out, although the missing items were listed on the receipt. I tried to call, but the phone number listed for the Pennsylvania Avenue location said ‘memory full’. When you pick up, CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave, because you might have to make another trip as we had to.

Everytime I order through the app for delivery and I get my food I’m always missing majority of my food. Today I ordered a quesadilla with white rice, sour cream, chips & queso and vinaigrette. I only received my quesadilla & vinaigrette. This staff needs to work on their reading skills and get their job done properly.

If I could give a negative star I would. None of the food was fresh. Nobody was ready to work, place was dirty, staff is very combative, nothing was stocked, and no customer service. For this place to have just opened is sad. I would rather go out my way to patronize another location. Needs to hire another staff with the quickness. Very insulting to say the least.
