Can be hit or miss on quality but the past few times we have ordered have been good. I do always add “well done” into the special instructions so that it gets cooked enough for our preference. Really like their big New Yorker pizza deal, XL pizza for 13.99, and they have good options for a pretty good value.

This pizza hut is usually pretty good. Their time is a little slow but the pizza and bread sticks are usually enough to make up for that. Although I do wish they did cheese sauce for their bread sticks, but I think not having it is a southern thing…. lol

Food was 20 minutes late due to the fact the driver felt the need to ignore delivery instructions and also the hotel front desk person tried to direct the driver to the correct room, and he refused to take her advice,When trying to discuss the matter with someone at the store, the lady was not interested at all, I’m still waiting on a callback from the Pizza hut manager. The quality has gone downhill tremendously. I ordered a large Pepperoni Lovers that literally no pepperoni in the center and up 1 in to the top. Little Caesar’s has more pepperoni on a Hot and Ready than Pizza Hut Pepperoni Lovers. Wish I could add pictures

One waitress for the whole restarant, and she had to work the take out counter, also. Took forever to get the pizza. Then charged dine-in for cheese and pepper and ranch. And didn’t give and serve ware. Had to ask for plates and napkins. Finally had to go get forks, they were plastic and no knives. Had to use or pocket knives to cut or food. This was beyond ridiculous.

Boy! Going out to Pizza Hut is not the way I remember it! First the place was empty, including the tables… There wasn’t anything on the tables! They brought us our pizza & breadsticks already in boxes to take home! What happened to serving the first slice?? Then we asked for parmesan cheese & red pepper & she said, “Oh they’re $0.99 each, we don’t provide that anymore” WHAT! YOU CAN’T GET CHEESE & PEPPER WHEN YOU BUY PIZZA & READY IT THERE??

No specials in store, waitress had no answer for and questions we had. We ordered on line to din in and still didn’t get our food on the time the app said we would get it. Waitress was nowhere to be found when we needed drinks.the guy at the counter was rude when we asked for refills.
