Extremely bad service experience, given that I don’t have much expectation for fast food restaurants. Placed a pick up order. When I came to pick up, there was nothing there so I asked, and 2 employees plainly told me they don’t have any order, don’t even ask to check my order receipt. When I pulled up my receipt, they just said they made it, and someone already grabbed it, meaning they don’t even check if people take the right order. When I asked for a solution since it was not my fault and I already paid, instead of refunding, or simply making another (ofc the cost of making another order is way cheaper), they literally said to me “Call customer service, they’ll solve it for you!” I just walked out since there’s no point to argue at that point anymore. The staff was fast and friendly. The chicken was good and fresh. The tea however smelled like chemicals and tasted awful. DON’T GET THE TEA!!! I will update if we fall ill. Not sure I will be returning to this location. It seems to have a lot of issues.

The food is good but there is always an issue at this location. I have not gotten my complete order and was told that I would be put on a list to receive my items next time I came in. I have not been in again because every time we go it’s always something. My husband just left this location and after waiting for more than 20 minutes to get food because they didn’t have anything ready he decided to get a glass of tea and it was Sour. The woman behind the counter decided to argue with him and tell him that it was not sour that it was less than 4 hours old and that he was wrong. So needless to say he left without a drink that he paid for. Because the soda machines do not work but they are in front of the register counter. I have never seen the same person working there twice and there has never been an instance without an attitude.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been in. Rude and ghetto, girl behind the counter says “we only got a lil bit of chicken, fries and Mac and cheese left because we close at 9 and I don’t wanna cook anymore”. I said “but it’s barely 8?” She says “that’s what we have you can take it or leave it” close the whole filthy location. Cook was in the back coughing all over the counter. Close this place down.

Bro…. idk what magic y’all are doing but this chicken has been too good. I am not even joking. My husband and I ate this on Tuesday and it was so great we got it again the next day. Still as great. This is also a terrible picture. Y’all it was so good. Also they are really generous with the portions. For being attached to the gas station you wouldn’t think it would be this great but here we are. Whoever is in that kitchen bless you. Hands down best chicken sandwich I’ve eaten. I’ve also eaten this from other Popeyes but someone’s grandma must be back there. Thank you so much. Great food!
