Had sign that said sauce dips were 2 for $1 but when I ordered them the price was more. When I pointed out the signs I was treated like I was stupid. Don’t have signs up if you can’t honor them. Very unhappy with how the situation was handled. Franchise or not.ordered 4 sauces and spent 3.42, definitely not 2 for 1.

I always call and order my large pepperoni stuffed crust, with LIGHT sauce, and I go pick it up, and reminded them again about the light sauce, and I get home and it’s full of sauce! That makes me so mad, it happens every single time!

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza on the phone for pickup and they said 20 minutes. Walked in to staff shouting orders/complaints about not ready orders at each other and the lady handling the cash drawer being incredibly rude. The girl behind her cutting the pizzas was rolling her eyes and muttering to herself. Total time from phone call to pickup was 50 minutes. After checking the pizza I noticed that for the second time in a row (my kiddos and I do pizza Fridays on good weeks) there was no butter and herbs put around the crust. When I asked about it they said they no longer do that – not sure if it’s company wide or just this store but very disappointed. We won’t be visiting this location again.

I’m starting to hate Little Caesars I love pizza but this is retarded. There was no sign at the drive-thru that it was down. There was nobody even in the store. Except for the two employees I asked them if they were closed and the lady just came up to me and told me that she’ll be right with me. How you going to put me on hold when there’s nobody in your store.

The pizza is very cold and hard to chew. My guess is it was reheated somehow. Didnt finish my pizza, I threw it away. It was delivered on time and everything, so I know it wasnt a delivery issue, if not the stores fault.

The pizza for nice and hot. I got the thin crust supreme and pepperoni. Gentleman who served our pizza was excellent. However, the young lady who took our order was a little snooty but everybody has their bad days. $24.00 for two thin crust pizzas? What happened to that pepperoni pizza for for $6.99!
