No surprises here! No, wait, although that’s not always the case with this busseling little hot spot. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The food was served quickly from a menu that gives you a well-rounded selection for lunch. The food was fresh with generous portions. The staff were attentive to our needs. Dessert was offered, but none order; I can’t imagine why.. It is all so delicious. Checkout was a breeze. I’ll be back soon.

This place is already awesome! But what happened today I will never forget. I go here at least once a week or more because they always have delicious, tasty, fresh, new and fun things from lunch to dessert! Just saw this “Chutney Bacon Toast” today for example (pic). The staff is so friendly and inviting! Speaking of, another co-worker came up to me and said, Megan who sees me frequently, told me that this week part of a gift to give back is each employee is allowed to give gift a meal to a customer of their choice. I couldn’t believe it when they told me my meal was FREE! It truly made me feel really good! I always give to anyone and everyone whenever I can in anyway I can and to receive it back was very touching! Thank you again so much staff at the Cheddar Box Cafe and Megan! Happy holidays! Thank goodness I don’t live close to the Cheddar Box Cafe, because I would eat there for every meal. Don’t be alarmed when the parking lot is full and you can’t find a space, just be patient because it’s worth the wait – keep driving around looking for a spot. I dropped in today and got meals for several days, like a huge portion of delicious Lasagna, the best honey pecan chicken salad you’ll ever have, and Cheesy Stuffed Chicken and Chicken Almond Crunch are my favorites. Times are tough with staffing, and you couldn’t tell it today by the quick and friendly service. Even if you have to wait a few minutes – it’s well worth the wait. I have never had a bad experience here. You are missing out if you haven’t tried this amazing spot and of course – the Cheddar Pecan Torte! I guarantee you’ll love it or I’ll eat whatever you order. This is a top 20 food spot in the state and possibly the region!
